The Europa

The West Cliff is considered the prime location to stay in Whitby. Our home is a Victorian house, built by Hudson - the magnate who brought the railway to Whitby in the 1800's. You will find that you are only a short walk away from all Whitby's attractions, restaurants and shops, whilst staying in a quiet residential area. The area is well served by public transport and taxis. The Europa is perfectly situated for couples looking for a quiet retreat from the busy schedule of everyday life, whilst enjoying easy access to the historic town of Whitby. We offer a hearty breakfast with comfortable clean en - suite rooms and a friendly, yet, professional approach to the comfort of our guests. Parking at the Europa is on the roadside, with permits provided by the hosts on arrival - one to two night permits cost £1.00 and three to four night permits cost £2.00. Alternative parking is available nearby at a cost of c. £ 12.00 for 24 hours. Please note, we do not have a lift and do not accept hen or stag parties. Maximum group size is two adults. All guests must be 18 years+. Check -in time is between 14.00hrs - 18.00hrs and check -out time is by 10.00 a.m on the morning of departure.
